No. All of our estimates, online and in person, are completely FREE!

You do NOT need to be home for our estimates, Everything we need to do is outside. We are happy to swing by, work up a proposal and email it to you.

That being said, you’re welcome to be present at the estimate, it is a good time to ask any questions you may have in regards to the work being done. It also allows us to give you a good expectation of the results.

We require a Credit Card number upon booking to collect a deposit of 25% and to hold your appointment. There is no cancelation fee as long as we are notified of the cancelation 2 business days before your appointment.

If payment is not received via Cash, Check, or another card the day of the services, we will charge the card on file the following morning for the remaining balance due. When the invoice is paid, we email you a copy of your paid receipt.

No, we do run promotions and offer discounts throughout the year, however the price is the same regardless of payment method. We accept Cash, Check, and the 4 major Credit Cards.
All of the soaps and detergents are biodegradable and safe for plants at the dilution ratios we use. As an extra step of precaution, we rinse all plant life around the home when we are finished. Soapy puddles left after we are finished can cause upset stomachs in pets. We ask you to keep your pets inside for 1 hour after our crews are finished to allow for any puddles to dissipate. The last thing we want to see is a pet end up sick from drinking out of a soapy puddle.
Soft washing is a process we use for our roof washing and house washing. It is a low pressure cleaning process that utilizes our special soaps and detergents to do the heavy cleaning rather than the pressure of the water. It often provides a more thorough cleaning than traditional pressure washing and surfaces will stay cleaner for 3-5 times longer. Not to mention it is far less aggressive than pressure washing and will not damage sensitive surfaces like stucco, windows, or wood decks.
No, We only do the cleaning, we tend to focus on one thing and do it REALLY well.
We do not squeegee clean windows. We will rinse your windows, like we do plants, when we’re finished to avoid soap streaks. We do recommend having your house/roof washed before receiving a professional window washing service from another company.
It is not required for us to do our work but we do recommend removing window screens before we arrive if you are able to. This will allow any dirty water to flush out of the window wells and offer a more thorough cleaning.

A company providing affordable pressure washing services will clean everything from sidewalks, to facia boards of homes and offices, to cars.
They use automatic or hand-powered high pressure cleaning equipment with either fresh water or anti-bacterial soap mixed in. The first step is to power wash the section you want cleaned using a spray nozzle on the machine near the water tank at varied pressures. Scrubbing is not necessary washing only if its called for by your instructions on what needs to be done for your project.

Thanks to Peters Pressure Washing for the information above.

Pressure washing brick patios will allow for it to be cleaned with minimal effort. It is also a relatively low-cost task. The cleaner, cleaner surface of the bricks also encourages oxygen flow and allows for needed natural occurrences such as moss growths to flourish in the pores of the bricks nicely. This helpful step can prevent the accumulation of mold or algae which would otherwise lead to mold infections, unhealthy levels of humidity in your home, and shaggy appearances which can be great hosts for insects and bugs that contribute dissolving toxins into your entire environment.

We recommend moving any furniture that is up against your home, and bring inside any cushions, outdoor rugs and decor. Patio/deck furniture only needs to be moved if you are having your patio or deck washed. Don’t worry we can work around the grill or large table.
The majority of the time our work does not harm landscaping work. That being said, if you have the option of scheduling one before the other, we recommend having us work before landscaping. Although it does not happen often, depending on the materials used, our soaps can cause fresh mulch to bleed or fade. Also, depending on the setup of your home, we may have to walk through mulch to properly clean the exterior of your home.
We keep a close eye on the forecast. Most of our work can be done in light rain, with the exception of roof washes. If we do need to reschedule to a different time or day, we will contact you and make it a top priority to get your work done as soon as our schedule and the weather allows!
Every home is different, Some only taking an hour, others a whole day. The average time of our jobs is between 2 and 3 hours. Each crew will have anywhere between 2 and 4 jobs a day, so we schedule all work in a 2 hour window to allow some flexibility. If we are expected to arrive outside of our scheduled window, we will call or text to keep you updated. Our crew will always do their best work and stay until the job is completed.
We do not. We need a functioning exterior water hookup to complete the project. If you have not checked or used your hose connections in a while, it is a good idea to test it before we arrive to ensure it works and does not leak.
Yes, As long as we have somewhere to park (that is not street parking) and there’s a water hookup, we can do any kind of home. Middle units, however, can be tricky to get to the back of the house. If there’s no parking in the rear of the home, permission will be needed from your neighbors for us to run hoses through their yard.
No we are not set up to do repairs such as gutters, caulking, siding, painting, etc. As mentioned before, we stick to one thing and do it REALLY well. Depending on the scope of work, we can recommend companies we have worked with in the past.
Most of the time we can clean siding without the use of ladders. The only time we use ladders is for roof cleanings, or gutter cleanings. We do not use or own any scaffolding.
We know power washing can be very satisfying to watch, however for your safety and the safety of our team, we kindly ask you to remain inside until the work is finished.

Home washing services differ depending on what type of surface they’re being done on. Painted surfaces should be cleaned every 1-2 years while structures such as metal or brick may need to be cleaned 1.5-3 times a year, and composite tile roofs should need cleaning 1-2 times a year. If you have recently painted your house, tarps can often keep mud from getting on the newly painted surface for about six weeks without needing anything else done which is why some recommend this solution so as not to have it power washed right away after painting their home!
